Tuesday I started calling again, and thankfully finally got through to someone. My grandmother was in the room with the tech the day he initially came in to diagnose as well.
Their techNician DAVID aloisio visited us and spend 5hrs working all possible ways to after informing us that the coil was leaking. He communicated with TRANE which was patheic as they speak with only certified techs to get the parts. He made sure he followed up and updated us almost everyday after that untill the prt was deliverd which was less than 4days.

The bext visit was quickly fixed and we had Yunier lopez come and fix the coil which was the issue. All the technician did a great job from co-ordinating in timely fashion to educating us about the parts and supplies. Towards the end we were wrony charged extra and one call their office and DAVID they made sure inspite of Thanksgiving the refund was done promptly. I never give 5star reviews the very first time however this time its for just DAVID alone that we are so Thankful. Alot of people could not relate to the fact this was our first home a d we were still learing.

The worst company you could ever imagine dealing with. I unfortunately have been using Best for years. Because they are fast and convenient compared to some other AC companies. This last experience I had with them led me here though.
